In my opinion, most real estate brokerage companies’ and their agents’ websites/blogs don’t provide a lot of useful market information. And that’s being polite. There are some exceptions, however, and one is Paragon Real Estate Group.
They regularly post newsletters with charts on various aspects of the market. While I’d like to think that my charts and analyses do a better job explaining what’s going on, the sheer amount of information Paragon provides is truly impressive. Here’s an example from a recent newsletter discussing an apparent increase in demand at the luxury end of the market (click to enlarge):
