I recently had a paid subscription service to a company that provided MLS District level data for San Francisco on a monthly basis. After some thought, I’ve decided to discontinue the service since much of the data is now available free from other services and, more importantly, I have increasingly covered the same data in greater detail in my own blog.
For the moment I’m leaving this page “live” while I figure out what to do with it. I may end up posting the monthly results now published by the San Francisco Association of Realtors here. The charts aren’t as pretty, but the data is good.
In the meantime, for those who liked the previous feed, you can still find it carried by several agents around town, including Luba Muzichenko, who has a very fine blog of her own.
