		<description>Thank you!  As for price points, right now I&#039;m concentrating on one thing -- and that&#039;s getting the project approved.  The reality is that there is no construction lending going on in Sonoma County right now, and the residential market is deeply underwater.  Realistically, I think it will be 12 months before we can even think of breaking ground, and that will be the time to assess price points.</description>
