		<description>Ah ha. I agree with the analysis and the comment (the first one, since you should not count yours as a comment). People get back in these markets since the rates are so great 0.75% for a CD you might as well get back in there. Commercial meltdown is next... Although some claim there is nowhere close to the amount of residential RE inventory, we shall see. Do cats once they bounced make a crater?</description>
