(However, you&#039;ll have to brush up on your math--the house on Hoffman sold for $145K more the the Douglass house (not $100k) based on your numbers.)  The difference could pay for a year in one of those fancy-dancy private schools to which Noe Valley residents have to send their kids these days.  . . .</description>
